Responsibilities

• Assist with academic, organizational, social/emotional/behavioral, communication and transition needs per IEPs.
• Provide specialised instruction and supports including training in DiscreteTrialTeaching, behavior plan implementation and de-escalation techniques as directed by IEP goals.
• Ongoing data collection and tabulation as specified in the IEP.
• Assist in preparing specialized learning materials as directed by special education staff.
• Engage in regular consultation with special education team members to implement goals/objectives and accommodations.
