Job summary

• 1–3 years of experience working with children and/or young adults
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience required
• Safety Care certification or willingness to obtain

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Commitment to confidentiality and caring for students with special needs
• ACCEPT will assist in obtaining 7D driver's license (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom instruction and provide support and guidance to students
• Work under the direction of teachers and behavior specialists
• Assist with job coaching and community-based instruction
• Maintain a safe, clean and supportive classroom environment
• Collect daily data on behavior and academics
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
