Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate effectively with special education staff, general education teachers, and families.
• Experience with behavioral support plans and data collection on student performance.
• Ability to assist students with self-care and daily life skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group instructional support aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Supervise students to ensure safety and engagement during school routines.
• Engage in other support tasks as directed by teachers and administrators.
