Responsibilities

• Student/Family Engagement: Establish supportive relationships; meet regularly with a caseload of students (weekly) and their families (monthly) to set goals and review progress.
• Academic & Post-Secondary Planning: Advise on Georgia Graduation Requirements, Dual Enrollment, Accelerated Career Diploma, and work-based learning opportunities; coordinate testing and monitor college grades.
• Data, Communication, & Compliance: Document all communication; utilize data platforms for monitoring; connect students with appropriate staff; participate in meetings.
• Special Education (SWD): Develop, write, and maintain IEPs; schedule and facilitate IEP meetings.
• ESOL: Collaborate with Virtual ESOL teachers to engage ELL students.
