• Analyze student learning style and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Conduct IEP team and special education meetings.
• Coordinate behavioral support/intervention plans for students with challenging behaviors.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow MSSD policies.
