• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and families.
• Collaborate with IEP team members to develop, implement and review IEP goals and services.
• Maintain student records and IEP data.
• Adapt and modify curriculum and materials for students with IEPs.
• Implement accommodations and modifications as outlined in IEPs.
• Use evidence-based instructional strategies and assistive technologies.
• Analyze student performance relative to peers to determine needs.
• Collaborate with instructional assistants and staff.
• Implement district and classroom behavior plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
