As a Preschool Teacher at Anderson Center for Autism, you will have the chance to be creative, to connect daily with devoted colleagues, families, and caregivers, and to enjoy many rewarding moments with your students. Using evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will develop, impmlement, and maintain the educational systems and instructional programs within your classroom and school environment. You will manage ongoing formal and informal assessment of student abilities and challenges, and establish IEP goals and instructional interventions to address learning needs. You will also be repsonsible for the daily collection of data and monitoring of student outcomes, in addition to ensuring that all Teacher Assistants and Aides meet the competency on target teaching skills and curriculm implementation. As the leader of the professional team, you will provide direct supervision and guidance to all Teachers' Assistants and Aides, facilitate meetings, link related service initiatives to the classroom programs, and ultimately, build the collaborative connections that will allow students to maximize their potential for learning success - setting the stage for the brightest possible future ahead!
