TrulyHired is looking for a Special Education Paraprofessional in Howell, Michigan, to provide academic and behavioral support to special needs students in the classroom. The role emphasizes enhancing student success and requires close collaboration with teachers and parents.

Position Title: Special Education Paraprofessionals (Special Needs Aides)
Reports To: Principal/Assistant Principal
Status: 10 month position; Student days
Location: Three Fires Elementary School
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; Daily schedule will be set according to student needs (29.5 hours/week)
A Special Education Paraprofessional provides academic, social, and/or behavior support to students with special education needs in order to enhance their success within the general education setting. Support may be provided individually or within small groups.

The work environment is normally indoors with controlled climate conditions.
