Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of childcare/education experience.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff in the classroom.
• Aid students in meeting IEP goals.
• Maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support small groups and individuals during activities.
• Provide crisis support and behavior de-escalation as needed.
• Assist with personal care tasks when required.
