Zen Educate Inc. is seeking Para Educators for the 2026–2027 school year to support students with a range of special needs, from mild to severe.

The role focuses on creating engaging learning spaces, differentiating instruction, and assisting licensed staff to help students reach individualized education plan goals. Responsibilities include helping with classroom activities, crisis support, and facilitating learning for individuals or small groups.

Competenze

• 60 credits or an Associate degree, or pass ParaPro/ Praxis exam.
• 1+ years experience working with children.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Experience working with personal care.
• IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Applicants must be proficient in English.
• US Work Authorization - visa sponsorship not available.
