Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college (48 credits) or an Associate's degree or higher.
• Alternative: passage of a state/local academic assessment showing knowledge in reading, writing, and math (ETS ParaPro).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Nevada driver's license required at hire.
• CPR/First Aid certification required at hire.
• Must complete CPI training within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher(s) in providing intensified instructional experiences for students.
• Support tutoring and monitoring of students in classroom settings.
• Perform paraprofessional duties to support instructional activities and classroom management.
