Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age unless qualified by higher education.
• Maintains all licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administers achievement and diagnostics tests as directed by the teacher.
• Assists students, individually or in small groups, with lesson tasks and daily activities.
• Implements independent study, enrichment, and remedial work.
• Maintains classroom equipment, supplies, and learning aids.
• Monitors students in classrooms, playgrounds, and other settings.
• Reports observations and incidents to instructional/administrative staff.
• Responds to emergencies to maintain safety.
• Supports teachers with reading, drills, and class activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
