• Assist the teacher with implementing IEP goals and accommodations.
• Provide small-group or one-on-one academic support.
• Support positive behavior strategies and student self-regulation.
• Assist students with mobility, communication, and personal care needs as required.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, and transportation.
• Adapt and prepare materials as directed by the teacher.
• Collect data and record observations to monitor student progress.
• Promote inclusion in general education settings when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies and procedures.
• Assist with the organization and upkeep of the learning environment.
