Qualifications

• Experience with children or school setting preferred.
• Ability to follow student plans and directives from certified staff.

• Promote professional appearance and conduct.
• Report suspected child abuse to appropriate authorities.
• Assist students with physical and educational needs individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with classroom teacher on student needs and accommodations.
• Assist students with classwork and activities.
• Supervise recess, restrooms, drills, assemblies, field trips, etc.
• Provide support to classroom or related services staff.
• Assist with mobility and escort students as needed.
• Provide self-care and feeding assistance as necessary.
• Collect academic and behavioral data.
