Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to defuse situations and prevent escalation.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and/or behavior modifications.
• Aptitude to understand and navigate technical systems.
• Must meet state requirements for being a Title 1 paraprofessional.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instructional and behavioral support for students per IEP/504 plans, 1:1 or small groups.
• Educate the whole student – academically, morally, and socially.
• Support curriculum implementation and required documentation.
• Attend professional development and required trainings.
