Yuma Elementary School District ONE is seeking a Paraprofessional - ESS Moderate/Severe to support instructional staff and oversee special needs students in the classroom or a self-contained setting.

The position is 7 hours per day within a 180-day calendar; salary Range B at $16.50 per hour. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and IVP clearance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of MMR & Hepatitis B Immunization.
• CPR/First Aid Certificate.
• Three professional references.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsabilidades

• Adapts activities and materials under supervising teacher to support objectives.
• Administers immediate first aid and medical assistance as instructed.
• Administers tests and assignments to support teachers.
• Assists medically fragile students with personal hygiene.
• Communicates with staff and parents to evaluate progress and IEP needs.
• Documents daily activities and logs for student progress.
