Fulton County Schools is seeking a paraprofessional to assist in classroom or media center settings, supporting students and staff with instructional tasks and daily routines.
The role involves individualized or small-group assistance, materials prep, attendance, grading quizzes, and supervision duties. A high school diploma or GED, and eligibility to obtain a Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate are required, with 0–1 year experience preferred.
Paraprofessionals may serve in a classroom or media center. Incumbents are responsible for providing assistance to students and staff as indicated in the duties below related to the individual’s assignment.
High School Diploma or GED. Must pass the GACE para assessment; alternatively, have 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours with a grade of C or better; hold an Associate’s Degree or higher at a GaPSC‑accepted accredited institution is acceptable.
Must be able to obtain a Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate.
0–1 year experience required.
