Job summary

Independent School District 196 is seeking a paraprofessional to support students within a 6.75-hour day on a 10-month calendar. The position reports to the Building Principal and begins ASAP.

Compensation is per the RAVE Clerical Association, Wage Group V, with steps starting at $22.01 per hour and increasing to $24.69 per hour, plus applicable benefits for eligible employees. Employees may receive a benefits package including medical and dental insurance, life and disability coverage,

RAVE Clerical Association, Wage Group V - According to contractual agreement. (based on 2026-27 contract)

Step 1 - $22.01/hour

Step 2 - $23.36/hour

Step 3 - $24.69/hour

Employees in the paraprofessional classification, according to contractual agreement, shall receive a $1.00 per hour differential in addition to their hourly base rate.
