Job summary

YOSS, Inc. is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to join Rabun County High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

The paraeducator supports students with special needs under the supervision of licensed staff and assists with instructional activities, supervision, and behavior management in inclusive classroom settings. Qualifications include an associate degree or higher, or completion of 60 college hours, or eligibility to take the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment.

Qualifications

• Hold an associate’s degree or higher in any subject from a GaPSC-accepted accredited institution.
• Have completed two (2) years of college coursework (sixty [60] semester hours) at a GaPSC-accepted accredited institution.
• The ability to pass the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment. If eligibility is established through the assessment, the applicant must also hold a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
