Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist students in activities planned by the teacher.
• Provide individual assistance with academic tasks and classroom activities.
• Help supervise students in general education classrooms, resource rooms, playground, lunchroom, and other settings.
• Carry out behavior intervention plans or student support plans as directed by teachers or IEP team.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials.
• Collect student performance data as directed by teachers.
• Keep records as directed by teachers.
• Enter data for computerized education programs and records.
