Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Prior experience working with students, school personnel, and parents.
• CPI Certification or willingness to obtain CPI certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of PBIS and MTSS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, implementation and evaluation of behavioral and instructional strategies.
• Assist in instruction and preparation of materials under the certified teacher.
• Support transportation, supervision and safety during school activities.
• Assist in medical, adaptive daily living, and self-care needs of students.
• Interact professionally with staff, students, parents and the community.
