Responsibilities

• Supervise students in class as directed by the teacher or staff.
• Assist in managing classroom routines and procedures.
• Support instructional activities and learning centers in the classroom.
• Assist with student safety, behavior interventions, and crisis de-escalation as directed.
• Assist students to and from buses and assist with transportation needs.
• Prepare instructional materials and learning centers for lessons.
• Communicate with students, parents, and staff as directed by the teacher/administrator.
• Maintain records and assist with IEP-related tasks as assigned by the teacher.
