Position: Support Staff / Special Education Paraeducator

This is a full-time paraeducator position in an elementary intensive learning support classroom, starting on or after August 25, 2025, under the support staff contract.

Job Overview:

The special education paraeducator will provide instructional support to students in an intensive learning support classroom. The role involves working under the direction of the teacher, with supervision from the building Principal and Director of Special Education.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Experience working with children, and strong organization and communication skills

Additional Information:

• Starting pay ranges from $15.42 to $17.94 per hour, with credit for relevant experience
