Job summary

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
- Skills: Strong patience, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability: Follow teacher directions and district policies.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict student confidentiality.
- Physical: Ability to bend, stoop, stand for extended periods, and assist students.
Responsibilities
- Instructional Support: Assist students with academic tasks as directed.
- IEP & Behavior Support: Help implement IEPs and behavior plans; track progress.
- Personal Care: Provide assistance with daily living needs as needed.
- Supervision: Monitor students during non-instructional times.
- Classroom Assistance: Set up equipment and adapt learning materials.
