Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and competency assessment demonstrating knowledge to assist in reading, writing and math.
• Completion of at least 48 college credits may substitute for the competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual behavior intervention and medical support to students.
• Assist teachers with instruction and classroom management in special and general education settings.
• Support students in lunchroom and play field environments.
• Assist in instruction and supervision during various school activities.
