The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may require 48 college credits or a competency assessment, with some certifications preferred. Hours are 7 per day, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and competency assessment in reading, writing, and math, as described in the posting.
• Completion of at least 48 college credit units may substitute for the competency assessment.
• May require a valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid card.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual behavior intervention and medical support to students.
• Assists teachers with instruction and classroom management in special education and general education classrooms, lunchroom and play field environments.
• Supports district programs and inclusive activities as needed.
