Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in establishing and maintaining a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Consult with the teacher on plans and curriculum activities.
• Prepare and maintain classroom materials and supplies with the teacher.
• Participate in planned school activities and staff meetings for ongoing personal growth.
• Observe each child's strengths and needs and help set individual goals.
