This is a job posting for a full-time paraeducator in a middle school (grades 6-8) autistic support classroom, which falls under the support staff contract. This position will begin November 6, 2026.

Job Overview:

The special education paraeducator assigned to an autistic supportclassroom provide instructional and behavioralsupportto students, in addition to, assisting with daily personalskills.The paraeducator will work at the direction of the teacher, and is under the general supervision of the building Principal and Director of Special Education.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated or prior experience working with children, and excellent organization and communication skills

Additional Information:

• Minimum starting rate of $16.97 - $19.51per hour – credit may be given for relevant experience
• No district paid health benefits, coverage available for purchase at 100% employee cost
