Qualifications

• PA Special Education Certification required.
• Highly Qualified Teacher.
• Understanding of: Applied Behavioral Analysis, Functional Behavioral Assessment, and Positive Behavioral Support Plan.
• Experience with Austistic Support Classroom Setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete IEP and Reevaluation documentation.
• Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP).
• Provide small group social skills instruction.
• Meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with staff across building setting, Behavior Specialist, and administrators.
• Develop individualized student goals based on needs identified in the Evaluation/Reevaluation Report.
• Progress monitor social, emotional, and academic goals.
• Provide small/large group instruction.
• Support the team regarding student progress in academics, behavior, and function.
