DESCRIPTION:

This position assists in the supervision and instruction of severe special needs students under the supervision of a certified teacher, observing and documenting student progress; implements plans for instruction; and assists students by providing special health care needs. This position works 7 hours per day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Target job related education (two years of study 48 semester credits at an institution of higher education or have an associate’s degree or pass the District’s basic skills test.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
