The position involves coordinating with parents, districts, and outside agencies, aligning lesson plans to standards, and ensuring IEPs are implemented with fidelity. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• PA Special Education Teaching Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop special education teachers.
• Support communication with parents, school districts and outside agencies.
• Ensure lesson plans meet standards and IEP goals.
• Review and revise IEPs to support student growth and compliance timelines.
• Observe classrooms and provide feedback on instructional methods and modifications.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring teachers and aides.
