Job summary

Clint ISD is seeking a dedicated education aide in El Paso, Texas, to support students with accessible instruction and targeted support in the classroom.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, completion of two years of college or an Associate's degree, and a valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate at the time of hire. Experience with children is preferred, and strong communication with parents and staff is essential.

Salary : Daily rate: $110.40- $133.84

Work days:187(8 hrs. per day)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Meets the standards of ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act): (1) Completed two (2) years of study at an institution of higher education (48 college credit hours): or (2) Associate's degree (or higher)
• Must apply and obtain a Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate (upon hire)
• Experience working with children preferred
