Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with students with intensive needs.
• Willingness to obtain training for de-escalation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Work with students identified with intensive needs (life skills, autism, behavior support).
• Support students one-to-one and in small groups under teacher supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of students, staff, and school information.
• Assist in implementing safety procedures and behavior management programs.
