As a Special Education Instructor, you'll create and lead lessons that support your students' unique learning needs. You'll write and follow IEPs, use different teaching strategies, and adjust your plans based on how students are doing. You'll build a positive, structured classroom where students can focus, grow, and feel supported. You'll work closely with paraprofessionals, families, and other team members to help each student make progress. Along the way, you'll join staff meetings, take part in training, and help shape curriculum. You'll stay organized, keep track of student progress, and make sure everything you do aligns with school policies. Most of your work will take place indoors, and you may occasionally lift or move items under 20 pounds.

We're looking for someone who can work a consistent schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. No evenings, weekends, or part-time shifts-just a steady, meaningful role every day. We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
Reading, ESOL, and ESE endorsements are preferred. An ESE certification is also a plus.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
