Job summary

The Charlotte Education Services Consortium LLC is seeking an EC-12 Special Education Coordinator who can also serve as an instructional coach. This contractual role supports educators and students needing additional educational and behavioral supports to overcome challenges in a traditional school setting.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in planning, coordination, and implementation of the instructional framework, drawing on NAD, Union, Conference, and school curricular

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Special Education with relevant specialization.
• Experience in special education and leadership roles.
• Experience in assessing IEPs and writing modifications.
• Knowledge of MTSS, RTI, and social-emotional learning practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of the instructional framework.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and training to teachers and staff.
• Analyze data to inform instruction and supports for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with administrators and educators to align programs with NAD standards.
