Aspire Educational Services, Inc. seeks dedicated Instructional Assistants to support teachers and therapists in providing instruction for children with diverse needs.

You will help with academic and behavioral support, including data collection and adherence to Individual Education Plans, in a nurturing, inclusive setting. Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Pass background checks including child abuse clearances and FBI fingerprints.
• Must be passionate about working with children with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers/therapists with instruction and data collection.
• Assist with classroom management and organizing instructional materials.
• Support students with a variety of needs, including behavioral support.
• Assist with activities of daily living as applicable (feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Accompany students on the bus or other transportation.
• Follow Individual Education Plans and assist with data collection on student performance.
• Support parental involvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
