Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tutor individuals or small groups of students, reinforcing instructions and maintaining progress records.
• Transport students to activities and assist with preparation for treatment.
• Prepare and organize lessons; administer and score tests; assist with English proficiency evaluations.
• Assist in administering tests, score, and record results; monitor IEP implementation.
• Monitor and report student behavior according to procedures; maintain attendance records.
• Perform routine clerical duties; operate copy machines; maintain classroom materials and records.
• Set up work areas, displays, AV equipment, and educational training devices; manage supplies.
• Assist in supervising students in labs and activities; manage inventory of supplies.
• Assist students with mobility and daily tasks; supervise during transit and meals.
• Provide supportive, friendly guidance and ensure health and safety of students.
• Participate in meetings and in-service trainings; maintain regular attendance.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
