Job summary

Jordan School District is seeking a part-time assistant to work with special needs students. The position is 25 hours per week and requires completing Basic Training within one week of hire.

Additional 40 hours of training can enable progression to lane 5, with training due within six months of hire. Lane 4 Step 1 pays $21.33 per hour, as outlined in the Salary Schedules. Effective July 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) within one week of hire.
• Additional 40 hours of training available to advance to lane 5.
• Training must be completed within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Work with special needs students under supervision.
