Job summary

Qualifications

• ParaPro exam may fulfill certification requirement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students.
• Assist teacher in daily duties and classroom activities.
• Be a team player and support staff.
• Prepare classroom materials under teacher guidance.
• Instruct students under supervision of the teacher.
• Follow lesson plans with fidelity.
• Supervise students during activities inside and outside classroom.
• Adhere to IEP and 504 plans with fidelity.
• Assist with arrival/dismissal preparations.
• Maintain communication with Teacher of Record.
• Assist data collection for student goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by principal or Teacher of Record.
• Support students to reach academic/behavioral goals.
