We seek a Special Education expert who can both guide students toward life readiness and expertly manage our IEP program.

What You Will Be Doing

• Crafting, revising, and overseeing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet Arizona's state standards
• Managing accommodations and compliance in a dynamic virtual learning landscape

• Providing one-on-one and small group coaching for SPED students to enhance confidence, executive functioning, and self-direction

Special Education Facilitator Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Reside in Arizona
• Possess a valid Arizona Special Education teaching certification
• At least 3 years of experience in crafting and revising IEPs
• Experience in coordinating accommodations and managing SPED compliance
• Experience working with students aged 8–14
• Strong virtual communication skills and on-camera confidence
• Available to start by July 2025

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
