Qualifications

• Valid New York State Teaching Certificate in Special Education (Permanent or SDA/All Grades)
• Proven experience conducting special education evaluations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with developmental delays, including cognitive, social, emotional, and adaptive skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications to support learning and development

• Keep accurate, detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with developmental delays, including assessments of cognitive, social, emotional, and adaptive skills

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans

About the Role:

Compensation:

$150-$175 per evaluation

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Education Department Teaching Certificate of one of the following:
  • Special Education Permanent
  • Students with Disabilities Birth-Grade 2
  • Students with Disabilities Grades 1-6
  • Students with Disabilities Grades 7-12
  • Students with Disabilities All Grades
• Proven experience conducting special education evaluations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
