Job summary

PA Cyber seeks a Special Education Enrollment Coordinator to facilitate the student enrollment process in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The ideal candidate will assist families with the enrollment process, coordinate essential documents, and maintain excellent communication with various stakeholders.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service. This role requires knowledge of PA Cyber's Special Education Program and the ability to travel extensively for enrollment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• Prior experience in education or relevant experience preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance; Criminal Record Check; and FBI Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to families in person, via phone, or online.
• Coordinate the intake/application process from inquiry to enrollment completion.
• Perform data entry into the enrollment database and prepare enrollment packets.
• Assist Enrollment Services leadership in student enrollment coordination.
