Job summary

TRINITY SPRINGS MIDDLE in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a dedicated Teacher of Special Education Resource/Inclusion English for the 2026-2027 school year. You will develop and implement IEP-based activities and modify curricula to meet diverse learner needs.

Collaborate with a team, participate in ARD meetings, maintain confidentiality, and ensure high standards of student growth and safety. A valid Texas Teaching Certificate with SPED endorsements and prior SPED experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with required Special Education endorsements for subject and level assigned.
• Student teaching, approved internship, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through the ARD Committee process for each student assigned.
• Implement instructional or skill development program for assigned students and show written evidence of preparation as required.
• Conduct assessment of student learning styles and plan appropriate instructional strategies and materials.
• Present subject matter effectively and employ a variety of instructional techniques and media including technology.
• Work cooperatively with classroom teachers to modify regular curricula as needed and assist Special Education students in regular classes with assignments.
