The Neptune Township School District is seeking Special Education Elementary Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. 10-month contract with salary range of $63,214–$106,089. Health benefits are provided through the New Jersey School Employees' Health Benefits Program, with additional coverage including dental, vision, and prescription plans.

Must hold appropriate teaching certifications; relocation within New Jersey may be required. Position reports to Building Principal or Supervisor.

Salary Range: Candidates will be placed on guide according to qualifying experience ($63,214- $106,089)

Position Summary: The above contractual position is available for the 2026-2027 school year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: See attached Job Description
Technology Skills: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.
Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.
Terms of Employment: 10 Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement. See above for specific salary information.
