Job summary

Propel Schools seeks a Special Education Teacher Coach for the 2026-2027 school year, located at Propel Pitcairn and Propel's Administrative Office. The coach collaborates with administrators to plan and lead specialized instruction aligned to PA Common Core Standards, improving scholar outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid PA certification in Special Education PK-12.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience working with special education students.
• Ability to collaborate with administrators and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators and staff in planning for and leading special education students to learning success.
• Develop, modify, provide and assess specialized instruction based on PA Common Core Standards.
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress.
• Coordinate supports and progress monitor student IEP delivery.
• Provide guidance and reports to principals, teachers, and leaders regarding scholar supports.
