Compensation ranges from $50,485 to $101,454 depending on experience, with relocation allowance and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, paid leave, and tuition assistance. Qualifications

• PA certification or eligibility (required)
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• Ability to develop rigorous lesson plans and assessments

Responsibilities

• Design coherent instruction aligned with state standards and best practices
• Develop and update learning resources; participate in professional development
• Create a respectful, engaging classroom environment that promotes learning
• Use varied instructional strategies to engage age-appropriate learners
• Manage classroom behavior to maintain a safe learning space
• Assess student learning using formal and informal methods; adjust instruction accordingly
• Implement student IEPs and participate in special education processes as needed
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress
• Communicate with families regularly and respond promptly
