Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 48 semester hours plus a passing ParaPro assessment is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist special education teachers in instructing and supervising students with disabilities.
• Prepare instructional materials and classrooms for activities.
• Supervise children in the classroom and in other areas of the school; reinforce lessons.
• Provide additional assistance as requested; may coordinate special projects and programs.
