ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated Special Education Behavior Teacher to join our Fort Worth team. This in-person role focuses on delivering individualized instruction and supports students with disabilities within Harmony Science Academy and surrounding districts.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school psychologists, addressing diverse learning needs across PreK–12 settings. Mentorship is available for early-career educators, with strong district partnerships and a commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred; mentorship available for newer professionals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
