Job summary

ESS Clinical is actively seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for Harmony Science Academy in Fort Worth, TX, to support students with disabilities in person. You’ll deliver instructional services aligned with IEP goals and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school psychologists.

You will work with PreK–12 opportunities, implement differentiated instruction, monitor progress, and help maintain data for IEP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities
