This client-facing role requires participation in IEP meetings, handling discipline law, and due process complaints. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, organizational, and communication skills, and be capable of both teamwork and independent work. Seeking a 2–5-year Special Education lawyer well-versed in Special Education and Student Services for school districts. Must have experience attending IEP meetings on behalf of clients, discipline law, and experience with due process complaints.
